Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Funktos, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the site or create an account.

Pre-launch Access

Funktos is currently offered in a limited pre-launch state. Public signup currently places users on a waitlist, and Meier Made, LLC may limit, pause, or expand access at any time.

Accounts

When you create an account or join the waitlist, you must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Funktos only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the service.

Intellectual Property

Funktos and its content, branding, software, and related materials are owned by Meier Made, LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or reuse them except as permitted by law or with written permission.

Privacy

Your use of Funktos is also governed by the Funktos Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Disclaimers and Liability

Funktos is provided on an as-is and as-available basis during this pre-launch phase. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meier Made, LLC disclaims warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms or suspend or terminate access to Funktos at any time, including during the pre-launch period. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
